As your Triangle Real Estate Agent, my MISSION is to:

  • Provide stellar customer service to all my clients, no matter their age or budget.
  • Educate my clients on the home buying and selling processes so they can make the best, most well-informed decisions possible.
  • Help lifelong renters become home owners.
  • Eliminate panic and stress from the home buying/selling process.
  • Ensure that my clients are successful, details don’t get overlooked, all parties are treated fairly, and everyone walks away from closing with a smile!

As part of The Douglas Realty Group, a unique boutique real estate agency based in downtown Cary, I offer all the benefits of a full-service real estate brokerage firm but with the personal attention you might not receive working with a large team of agents. I will assist and guide you throughout your entire real estate transaction, from our first meeting until the day I attend closing with you. I am readily available for anything from questions to last-minute showings (I’ve even been known to answer clients at 10 pm, shhh don’t tell!) You’ll never be turned over to a different point person at any time- I believe in working side-by-side on all facets of your experience from A to Z. If I feel we could use an extra hand or we hit a snag that has me stumped, have no fear- my agency’s support staff and several trusted, seasoned colleagues are also on speed dial! I urge you to consider retaining an agent who is more concerned with doing an excellent job for each client rather than becoming a “top producer” – focused more on establishing great client relationships than closing a vast number of sales – and has your best interest at heart throughout the entire real estate process.

Doug Bonnie Gabriel 65I am a Cary local and ex-New Yorker. Born in upstate NY, I moved to Cary with my family in 1989 and grew up attending school in Raleigh. After earning a BFA in Design at UNC-Greensboro, I moved to New York City  where I began a diverse career that would eventually lead me to Real Estate. After more than a decade away, I returned to Cary with family in tow to happily pursue our dreams of homeownership. Thus, my role as both a Triangle local AND transplant gives me a unique perspective that allows me to serve clients in either situation!

I purchased my first home and earned my NC Real Estate license in 2013. In addition to my professional experience in Real Estate, I have worked for several boutique architectural firms as well as PR and marketing agencies in NYC, and have been freelancing as a graphic designer since 2007. I have also spent an awful lot of time repairing and renovating my personal home (which I guess is common when you live in a 50+ year old building). These experiences add to the knowledge base that I use to help you in your Real Estate buying and selling goals. I represent both Buyers and Sellers, but first time homebuyers are of special interest as I seek to share the joy and excitement of this milestone with my clients and guide them through this process as easily as possible. I live in downtown Cary with my husband, Doug, owner of Chatham Street Wine Market, PIPs rescue pup Stella, one-eyed pirate cat Pumpkin, and our two human children. When I’m not real estate-ing, I volunteer with Refuge 4 Refugees, Perfectly Imperfect Pups, and the Cary Elementary PTA. I like to weld weird garden art and roller skate, but never at the same time.
